Is the procedure painful?
There
is a minimal amount of discomfort during the procedure. Topical anesthetics are
applied to the area before and during the procedure to assure you the most
comfortable experience possible.
What is involved in recovery?
There
may be slight swelling and redness of the skin immediately after the procedure.
This will usually subside within a few hours and you may resume normal
activities the same day.
How long does permanent cosmetics last?
Permanent
Cosmetics will fade over time and varies with each individual. The predominant
reason for color fading is the decomposition of pigments due to sun exposure.
Periodic maintenance such as color-refreshing may be necessary over the years.
How long does each procedure take?
Most
cosmetic procedures take anywhere between 1 to 2 hours. Paramedical procedures
may take longer, and may require multiple treatments, depending on the area
being treated.
